London Theatre Shows in December 2024

If you want to enjoy some wintry entertainment this month, Christmas shows in London are perfect for getting into the festive spirit. The shimmering, pirouetting angel on top of the tree is The Nutcracker at London Coliseum; this magical ballet has played in the West End for over 50 years. Panto season is in full swing with Aladdin at Lyric Hammersmith, and for younger children The Smartest Giant in Town is a fantastic introduction to live theatre.

Christmas entertainment isn’t the only thing available this month! Only Fools and Horses the Musical is pukka fun in Hammersmith, whilst drama fans can catch the final weeks of Dr Strangelove with Steve Coogan, or long-runners Stranger Things: The First Shadow and Witness for the Prosecution.
